Maximsing Potential is about how you can maximise your time on your talent. God gives you a gift ,so,you should appreciate it,spend your time on it so you can be good in it. Even if the talent you have, is not what you want,you have to try to adapt it.For all you know,you may be very good at it. Just keep on practising,practising and practising!!!
